Ok, I wasn't going to sell this one. It didn't turn out how I pictured it in my head. After I cut it the bars I put them on a high shelf and tried to deny their existence. But their sophisticated, musky floral scent! The top notes of grapefruit, bergamot and sweet grass carefully blended with a heart of lily, jasmine, quince and sage- the hearty base of sandalwood, ylang ylang, and plum warmed with a touch of cinnamon, cardamom and cedarwood kept calling to me! Finally, I took the end of the loaf in the shower with me to try it out. This recipe is a simple one with olive, coconut, palm, and sunflower oils and the standard distilled water, sodium hydroxide, sodium lactate, colorants and fragrance that are normally in my recipes. In the center you see the white flowers; they're made with melt and pour base. But Oh. My. Gosh! This soap took creamy lather to a whole new level! I have to apologize for almost not selling this soap! The scent is perfumey, not soft and sweet. It's bold! It's bright! It's amazing!
